  When you call to make your appointment, we will ask you for credit card information to hold the time. Your credit card will not be charged until service is rendered. Cancellation within a 24-hour period may result in a cancellation fee.If you prefer a male or a female therapist, be sure to make that request when you book your appointment. Arrive early for your appointment to give yourself time to relax and prepare. If this is your first visit please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled massage time, we will ask you to fill in an information sheet that the therapist will review with you.We will do our best to give you the therapist of your choice. If it is deemed necessary due to technique requests or availability, we will try to match you with a therapist who we feel will fulfill your particular needs.Don’t be shy: A full body massage is best experienced sans all clothing. Therapists are professionals-they will discreetly cover you with towels, sheets or blankets, so you can relax with confidence. Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.Tipping: Fifteen percent of the treatment fee is customary, but you may want to add twenty percent if you’ve had an extraordinary experience.Drink water, before and after treatments: Hydration is key to getting most out of your treatment - it makes your body more receptive to treatments and encourages the removal of toxins.It is important to note that we cannot allow children to be left unattended in our waiting area.It is also important to note that late arrivals will result in shortened massage times. We cannot make up time lost because of tardiness and there will be no refunds for time lost because of customer tardiness.
